As your multifaceted guide, I honor that we are living in a time when our unique gifts are called forward in service. We each hold a key for one another. And often, the medicine we offer is born from the very shadows we've walked through. And I’ve walked plenty of my own.Â
From my journey, I bring forth a fusion of clinical training, spiritual devotion, energetic attunement, and intuitive insight—all in service to healing and awakening, both individually and collectively.
Over the past 15 years, with more than 10,000 client-facing hours, I’ve supported hundreds of people in addressing the mental, emotional, and energetic root causes of disordered eating, emotional overwhelm, mental illness and disconnection from Self.
Now, I’m weaving together the practices and offerings that most ignite my soul to support yours. Because we need each of us living in alignment with our authentic truth and hearts.
