I've been there. At 24, I was binging and purging multiple times a day, trapped in an internal prison while appearing "fine" to everyone around me. I had a pivotal moment choking on pizza crust, surrounded by food wrappers and a vomit-stained toilet. It was then I knew something had to change.

I went to grad school, became a therapist, and even ran an advanced eating disorder treatment program. But the gold standard approaches weren't creating the deep, lasting transformation my clients (or I) needed.

Everything changed when I discovered nervous system regulation, advanced tapping techniques, and energy work. I learned that cravings aren't character flaws but communication from a dysregulated nervous system and unmet emotional needs.

Q: Will this work for me if I've tried everything?

A: If traditional therapy, diets, and willpower haven't worked, it's because they don't address the root cause. This program works at the neurological, emotional, and energetic levels to rewire your brain and nervous system. We're not managing symptoms, we're addressing the source.

Q: Is this a weight loss program?

A: No. This is about improving your relationship with food and eating. Weight loss is not the focus or goal. If you naturally stop binging, you may release weight as a secondary benefit, but that's not what this program is designed to do.

Q: How it tapping different from therapy?

A: Traditional therapy focuses on thoughts and behaviors but often misses the subconscious mind and nervous system dysregulation driving your urges. Tapping (EFT) assesses the subconscious to neutralize trapped emotional energy and repattern core memories. It's backed by research  (MRI studies) showing changes in brain regions tied to cravings.

Q: What if I'm afraid to feel my emotions?
